INFORMATION

The tournament will be held both in person and online. All participants will start at a Kappa Bar and ultimately face off in a final match held online between all cities. Both the qualifying rounds and the playoffs will take place on the same day and evening!

FORMAT – LOCAL BY CITY
2v2 with 2x9-minute halves.
We’ll start with a local winner/loser bracket where all matches are played locally at Kappa Bar. This means every team is guaranteed at least two matches. During these local qualifiers, we will select one winner per city as well as the 6 best runners-up. These teams qualify for the Sweden Final, which is played in a classic playoff bracket.

GAME FORMAT – SWEDEN FINAL
2v2 and match duration 2x9 min.
It is now time to go head-to-head against other cities. It’s time to compete for the coveted title of Sweden’s best EAFC player. The first match of the Sweden Final (quarterfinal) kicks off at 8:00 PM, and we’ll keep going all the way to the final. You’ll still be playing from your local Kappa Bar, and hopefully your friends have now joined in to cheer you on all the way to the trophy!

Once we’ve selected the local winners and the top 6 runners-up, the Swedish Finals (playoffs) will begin in a classic playoff bracket. Here, you’ll compete city against city to make it all the way to the final!

RULES
2v2 and 2x9 minutes per match.
You can choose between teams from England, Spain, Italy, and France.
A tournament administrator will be on site throughout the event to ensure a positive experience and that the schedule is followed. The tournament administrator always has the final say in the event of problems or technical issues.

REGISTRATION: Register via the “Book a Table” button at your local Kappa restaurant. Then look at the bottom for “KAPPA CUP – EAFC”
