Kappa Bar is looking for a social media, concept, PR, and growth specialist
We’re not looking for someone to “manage Instagram.”
We’re looking for a guru to boost our visibility.
A driving force for our community.
A creative thinker with decision-making authority.
You won’t just be sitting behind a screen—you’ll be the hub of our operations, liaising with our restaurants, managing marketing, creating content, organizing events, and taking us to the next level.
Your mission:
- Own the strategy for how Kappa Bar is presented on social media—from platforms to tone and content.
- Be responsible for liaising with all restaurants —you’ll lead meetings, ask the right questions, and ensure that ideas become reality.
- Lead our creative team —you’re the client, the source of ideas, and the one who sees things through to the end.
- Conceptualize our core products and events —from themed nights to grand events.
- Manage PR and media centrally —so that Kappa Bar always remains relevant and is visible in the right contexts.
- Working both at Kappa Bar headquarters and at our own agency, Pixel & Poly —twice the fun!
- Your daily challenge: How can I get 1,000 new people to want to visit Kappa Bar?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has several years of experience in marketing, social media, events, and/or brand development.
- Has a keen sense of what engages people—both online and in real life.
- I understand that our transaction (in your language: conversion) takes place when a guest walks through our doors
- Is self-motivated, but knows how to get a whole team on board.
- You enjoy measuring, analyzing, and optimizing—because you know that marketing is about more than just “pretty pictures.”
- Understands that AI is taking over and knows how to use it to become faster, smarter, and more creative.
- Enjoys being the public face of an idea, an event, or a brand.
- I'm passionate about gaming, pop culture, the restaurant scene, and in-person gatherings
- Bonus if you can:
- Basic web design (e.g., updating websites, landing pages, and campaign pages).
- Code and manage APIs to integrate systems, track conversion rates, and analyze data.
- Use AI tools to create, plan, and analyze marketing campaigns in record time.
